Accessibility

We want everyone to be able to shop JetBlanks, whatever tools they use to browse the web.

Our commitment

JetBlanks is committed to making its website accessible to people with disabilities. We treat accessibility as part of building the site, not an afterthought, and we work to keep the shopping experience usable with a keyboard, a screen reader, or other assistive technology.

What we’ve done

  • Keyboard access. The catalog, product pages, cart, and account flows are operable without a mouse, with a visible focus indicator and a “skip to main content” link.
  • Screen readers. Images carry descriptive alternative text, form fields have labels, and dynamic updates (such as adding to cart) are announced.
  • Readable design. We check color contrast against WCAG thresholds and keep tap targets large enough to use comfortably on a phone.
  • Automated checks. Accessibility tests run against key pages as part of our development process, alongside manual review.

Technical approach

Accessibility relies on HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WAI-ARIA working with your browser and any assistive technology. We assess the site using automated tooling (axe-core) and manual testing with a keyboard and screen reader.

Known limitations

Despite our efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible. If you run into a barrier, please tell us. We prioritize fixes and can help you complete your purchase in the meantime.

Feedback

If you have trouble using any part of this site, or have a suggestion, email support@jetblanks.com. We aim to respond within one business day.
