A plain-English summary of the agreement between you and us when you order from JetBlanks.

Who we are

JetBlanks is operated by JetBlanks, LLC. In these Terms, “we,” “us,” and “JetBlanks” refer to that entity, and “you” refers to the person placing an order or using the site.

Orders and pricing

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we charge your payment method and confirm fulfillment by email. Prices, taxes, and shipping costs shown at checkout are the amounts you will be charged.

If an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price (for example, a typo that misses a decimal), we may cancel the order before fulfillment and refund any charge in full. We will let you know if that happens.

Shipping

We ship to the address you provide at checkout. Delivery windows, carriers, and rates are described on our shipping page. Risk of loss passes to you once the carrier marks the package delivered.

Returns

Eligibility, the return window, and how to start a return are described on our returns page. Items that arrive damaged or incorrect are our responsibility. Email us and we will make it right.

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number; Stripe handles card data under its own terms and PCI obligations. You authorize the charge shown at checkout, plus any taxes and shipping fees, when you confirm the order.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of an order or your use of the site is capped at the amount you paid for the order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (for example, claims for personal injury or fraud).

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute that is not resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in that state, and you and we consent to that jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date below. Material changes that affect existing orders will not apply retroactively. The version in effect when you placed the order governs that order.
