A short, plain-English summary of what we collect and why.

What we collect

  • Account. Email and, if you sign in with Google, your Google account’s name and profile picture URL.
  • Orders. Name, email, shipping address, and the items ordered.
  • Payments. Handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
  • Support. When you contact us by email or through the support chat on the site, we keep your messages and email address so we can help and refer back to past conversations.
  • Technical. IP address and basic request information in our server logs and error reports.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that make the site work:

  • Stripe processes payments.
  • Google, only if you choose “Sign in with Google.”
  • Resend sends order and account emails on our behalf.
  • Scout APM receives server-side error reports, which can include your account ID.
  • Google Cloud hosts the site.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers, marketers, or data brokers.

Sign in with Google

If you choose to sign in with Google, we receive your Google account’s email and basic profile (name and profile picture URL). We use this only to create or look up your JetBlanks account. We do not request or access any other Google data, and we do not share Google account information with third parties.

Analytics

We run our own first-party analytics to understand which pages people visit, where shoppers drop out of the buy flow, and how the site performs. Events are stored in our own database on our own servers. No analytics processor or other third party receives them.

  • Minimal identifiers. When you sign in we associate events with your user id (an internal number). We never record your name, email, address, phone, order number, or what you typed into the search box in analytics. When you complete an order, our server records the order’s net sales amount (excluding tax) so we can measure sales, never your card details or personal information.
  • No session replay. We do not record your screen, clicks, scrolling, or keystrokes.
  • First-party cookies only. Two first-party analytics cookies connect a session’s pages together; they contain random identifiers, are never shared with anyone, and do not follow you to other sites. The single session cookie that keeps you signed in and remembers your cart is unchanged. We set no cross-site or advertising cookies.
  • Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. If your browser sends the Do-Not-Track or Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we record no analytics events about your browsing at all, in your browser or on our servers, and we set no analytics cookies (any existing ones are deleted). The one exception: when you complete an order, the server still records the net sales amount described above (associated with your internal account id if you are signed in), because that is a sales record, not browsing tracking.
  • IP truncated, never used for location. Analytics stores only a truncated network address (the last portion is zeroed) and we never infer your location from it.
  • No cross-site tracking. We do not fingerprint, profile, or follow you across sites, and we do not allow any third party to do so on our pages.

Reviewing or changing your information

Signed in, you can view and edit your saved addresses on your account page, download a copy of your data (orders and past support conversations included), or delete your account. Deleting your account also removes your support conversations from the site; if you want past email correspondence deleted too, just ask and we will remove it from our mailbox. For orders placed as a guest, email us and we will help.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as we need them to fulfill the order and meet our tax and accounting obligations. Account records are kept until you delete the account. Server logs and error reports are rotated periodically.

Children

JetBlanks is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy in a material way, we will update the effective date below and, where appropriate, notify signed-in account holders by email.
