Bulk-run workhorses
Almost any blank screen prints, so choose by budget and hand-feel. A heavyweight 100% cotton like Gildan 5000 takes plastisol flat and cures forgivingly, which is why it dominates bulk runs. For retail-soft prints, a ring-spun tee like Bella+Canvas 3001 reads more premium at a higher cost.

Ring-Spun vs Open-End Cotton
Which cotton, and when
Ring-spun cotton is combed and twisted into a smoother, stronger yarn, so it feels softer and prints finer detail than open-end (carded) cotton, which is rougher and cheaper. Choose ring-spun for retail and DTG; choose open-end when price per piece is the deciding factor.
