Screen printing
Comfort Colors shirts are dyed after they're sewn, and the pigment sits on the fabric surface. Print with a low bleed ink and as little heat as a clean flash and cure allow; if the shirt color still creeps into the ink, step up to a dye blocking gray. Always test for dye migration before the run. Stack prints only after they cool, since a warm stack can ghost a faint copy of the print onto the shirt above it. The soft washed fibers also give up platen adhesive faster than usual, so expect to reapply it more often.
Care
Loose pigment can rub off in the first washes. Wash cold, with like colors, and keep new shirts away from whites.
