Screen printing

100% nylon takes a nylon or plastisol ink with a catalyst mixed in; prepare only what you'll use, because catalyzed ink hardens in the pot. Use tight screens at 200+ mesh to lay down less ink than a tee takes, and a harder squeegee for clean edges. Cure under 320°F so the shell neither burns nor shrinks, and clamp the piece for multi-color registration.

Camo colorways

The camo pattern is itself a water based print, and near 320°F it gasses off and contaminates fresh ink. On camo colorways use a low cure poly blocker with low cure inks on top, stay under 300°F, and let garments cool before stacking.
