Screen printing

The face yarn blends cotton and polyester, so plastisol and water base both print well, but discharge would only bleach the cotton share. On colored garments Independent Trading recommends a poly blocker under the print (gray blocks best), cured low, because polyester dye can keep migrating into the ink hours or even days after it leaves the dryer.

DTG

DTG works here with a pretreatment; the higher the poly content, the more the pretreatment matters.

Camo colorways

The camo pattern is itself a water based print, and near 320°F it gasses off and contaminates fresh ink. On camo colorways use a low cure poly blocker with low cure inks on top, stay under 300°F, and let garments cool before stacking.
