The guide
All Audiences
Audience is the first sizing decision on any decoration job: who actually wears the shirt determines the cut, the size run, the print area, and (for anyone 12 and under) your legal obligations. A unisex adult run covers the broadest order with one SKU, but school, family, and retail jobs almost always span more than one body, and quoting them well means knowing where each line starts and stops.
These guides cover the five audiences we stock: unisex adult and women's cuts from Gildan, Bella+Canvas, and Next Level; youth runs (largely LAT and the youth versions of adult staples) that let a whole roster match; and Rabbit Skins infant and toddler pieces that anchor the personalization market. Each one covers sizing reality, the jobs that actually sell, and the decoration and compliance notes that differ from the adult default.
Unisex Adult
The default run
Unisex adult is the default run for a reason: straight-cut, men's-standard sizing from S to 3XL and beyond covers an entire order with one SKU. It is what most merch, event, and resale jobs spec unless someone asks for something else.

Women's
Fitted cuts
Women's cuts are typically side-seamed and tapered (relaxed and boxy women's styles exist too), with bodies usually one to three inches shorter than unisex and shorter, narrower sleeves. They exist because a unisex small is just a boxy men's small.

Youth
School & team sizes
Youth runs XS–XL and exists so the kids in a school, camp, or team order can wear the same shirt as the adults. Most youth staples are scaled-down versions of an adult style: same fabric, same color card, same design.

Toddler
2T–5/6
Toddler covers 2T through 5/6, the gap between infant bodysuits and the youth run. It is gift and personalization territory more than team territory, and every printed piece is squarely a CPSIA children's product.

Infant
Bodysuits & newborn
Infant means bodysuits and newborn sizes, and it is the personalization market's reliable bestseller: birth announcements, baby-shower gifts, and grandparent humor never go out of season. Rabbit Skins owns this wall, with the 4400 bodysuit as the anchor.
