Yupoong's YP Classics collection owns the trucker and the snapback, and Flexfit owns the stretch-fitted crown it patented, with Team 365 adding a performance trucker. Unstructured dad caps run low single digits in volume and structured truckers and snapbacks mid-to-upper single digits, a gap of a few dollars, so choose by silhouette first.

The styles that matter

The Yupoong 6606 Retro Trucker is the trucker to know: structured mid-profile front panels that hold embroidery and patches cleanly, the base blank of the leather-patch hat trade, with rope and recycled versions in the same collection. The Flexfit 6511 puts the trucker look on a stretch-fit band when a program wants a dialed crown.

Beyond truckers: the Yupoong 6089 structured flat-bill snapback for streetwear, the 6245CM unstructured dad cap for the relaxed low-profile look, and the Flexfit 6277, the flagship closed-back stretch-fit, for team and uniform programs.

Decoration & buying notes

Structured front panels with buckram backing keep embroidery flat and make 3D puff possible; unstructured dad caps need careful hooping or a frame to avoid puckering. Mesh backs limit decoration to the front and side panels, and leather or woven patches pressed onto truckers have become a standard retail offer.

Snapbacks are one-size; stretch-fit caps like the 6277 cover most heads in two banded sizes (S/M and L/XL), still far simpler than a seven-size fitted run. Reserve true fitted sizing for athletic programs that demand it.
