Flexfit

Flexfit is Yupoong's stretch-fit brand: same parent company, different fit system. The patented technology, introduced in 1994, weaves spandex into the sweatband and crown so the cap stretches to the head instead of adjusting with a strap, and it remains the default fitted-style cap in the blank market.

The styles that matter

The 6277 Wooly Combed is the original and still the volume leader: a structured mid-profile six-panel in 63/34/3 poly/cotton/spandex twill with a pre-curved visor, sold mainly in S/M and L/XL fitted sizes covering roughly 6 3/4 to 7 5/8. It's the standard crew cap for trades, breweries, and company stores.

The Flexfit 110 line is the newer flagship concept: Flexfit stretch comfort plus an adjustable snapback closure in a one-size-fits-most cap. It solves the inventory problem of stocking two fitted sizes per color.

Fit system & decoration behavior

Like all structured caps, Flexfit is embroidery territory: flat and 3D puff on the front panels, where the firm buckram backing gives clean registration. The stretch is in the band and crown construction, not the decoration zone, so standard cap-frame hooping applies.

The two-size system is the main thing to manage on the 6277: collect head sizes up front for uniform programs, or steer giveaway and resale orders to the 110 snapback-hybrid instead.

When to choose Flexfit

Choose Flexfit when comfort and a clean silhouette (no plastic snap showing) drive the order: golf outings, sales teams, premium company swag. If the buyer can't provide sizes or you're stocking inventory, quote the 110; if it's a known crew that wants the classic fitted feel, the 6277 is the safe call.
