Next Level Apparel built its name on soft, fitted blanks and effectively made CVC a category in US printwear. For shops doing retail merch it is the other premium default alongside Bella + Canvas, with across the line that make it a favorite for private-label programs.

Best for
A slimmer, fashion-forward fit, CVC heathers, or relabeled private-label orders; retail merch, not giveaways.
Watch out
The 6210's 40% polyester needs low-bleed inks, and the premium price band sits well above Gildan. Not giveaway money.

The styles that matter

Two numbers carry the brand. The 3600 Cotton Crew is , 100% ring-spun cotton in a fitted retail cut, one of the most-printed premium tees in the trade. The 6210 CVC, Next Level's best-selling tee, runs the same weight in a 60/40 ring-spun cotton/poly blend with the heathered look the retail market wants.

Both are with shoulder-to-shoulder taping, , and 30-plus colorways.

Fabric & print behavior

The 3600's pure ring-spun face is the DTG pick of the two: no poly to fight, smooth surface, clean fine detail. The 6210's 40% polyester buys softness, drape, and wrinkle resistance, but it needs low-bleed inks for screen print and the usual blend handling for DTG .

The tags matter more than they sound: relabeling for private-label merch takes seconds instead of a seam ripper.

When to choose Next Level

Pick Next Level when the job wants a slimmer, more fashion-forward fit than Bella + Canvas, when a CVC heather is the look, or when the order is getting relabeled. It sits in the same premium price band as Bella + Canvas, well above Gildan, so quote it for retail merch, not giveaways. Between the two: 3600 for DTG and pure-cotton jobs, 6210 when softness and heathers sell the shirt.
